How long is the rental period?
All standard packages include a 14-day rental period.
What is included in my rental?
Your rental includes the number of bins and dollies listed with your package, plus delivery and pickup within our standard Davis & Weber County service area.
What if I need more than 40 bins?
No problem! We offer custom packages for rentals of 50 or more bins. Submit a request and we'll help determine the right number for your move.
Can I keep the bins longer than 14 days?
Yes, extensions may be available based on availability. Contact us before your scheduled pickup to arrange additional rental time. Additional fees apply.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Not necessarily, We'll coordinate delivery and pickup details with you when your rental is confirmed.
What happens if a bin is lost or damaged?
Customers are responsible for the bins during the rental period. Charges may apply for bins that are lost, not returned, or damaged beyond normal wear.
How do I reserve my bins?
Submit a rental request through our website. We'll contact you to confirm availability, delivery and pickup dates, and your rental detail. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
How far in advance should I reserve my bins?
We recommend submitting your request as early as possilbe, especially during busy moving periods. Availability is limited and reservation are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
